Frenchy's Sausage PFG Food Show Hot Springs, Arkansas

I love the food business. I work with my father. I have been doing it now for about 18 months. I have been helping him with food shows. He teaches me the food business. Frenchy's Chicken has been really good to my father so I thought I would return the favor. My father and I went to Hot Springs, Arkansas and did a PFG Food Show. It had a great turn out of 1500 registered vendors. It was so busy we ran out of Frenchy's Boudin and Chicken and Sausage Gumbo.

PFG even had a class to teach the vendors on how to cut cost and waste in the culinary industry.
